THE FIRM
MANGAY-AYAM, LIM AND CO., CPAS was registered in July 1997 to take over the operations of Lim, Bartolome And Co., CPAs after the resignation of one of its partners, Ms. Lilia Bartolome. Lim, Bartolome And Co., CPAs was established in 1997 out from Mangay-ayam, Singson, Lim And Co., CPAs, a firm that was established in 1980, when its managing partner, Mr. Rodrigo M. Mangay-ayam, left the firm and be employed as Corporate Internal Auditor of the Gokongwei Group of Companies.

THE PARTNERS
Rodrigo M. Mangay-ayam
Founder and Partner
Mr. Rodrigo Mangay-ayam started his career as an Audit Staff in the Audit Division of SGV and Co., CPAs in 1969. While with SGV, he was assigned to the Bank Audit Group. He was also sent to the Firm's affiliate in Saigon, Vietnam (now Ho Chi Minh City) from June 1974 to April 1975, specifically to handle the Firm's bank audit engagements thereat. From SGV, Mr. Mangay-ayam was hired as Assistant Vice President for Internal Audit at Pilipinas Bank in 1976 until he set-up his Accounting Firm in August 1980. While he was managing the Firm he simultaneously, was Comptroller of the Philippine Tourism Authority, a GOCC (1985 to 1990) and Director and VP- Finance of Silverstar Communications, Inc. (1991 to 1997). He left the practice in July 1997 to join the Gokongwei Group of companies bannered by JG Summit Holdings, Inc., where he retired in September 2007, after which he went back to active practice with the Firm.
CHERYL LIM-CORDOVA
Managing Partner
Ms. Cheryl Lim-Cordova as a fresh college graduate, started her audit career in 1993 under the direct supervision of Mr. Mangay-ayam, who was then the managing partner of MANGAY-AYAM, SINGSON, LIM and CO., CPAs. She gained additional expertise and complete exposure when in·1997 she was slowly left to manage LIM, BARTOLOME & CO., CPAs. She is now the Managing Partner of Mangay-ayam, Lim and Co., CPAs. Ms. Lim was recognized among others by the Alumni Association of the Philippine School of Business Administration for her outstanding achievements in her chosen field.
